Redemption terms and conditions:

1. Customers must spend on the same day, with an eligible transaction are entitled, and present the original and electronic copy of the invoice on the same day to the designated location for redemption
2. Each daily valid electronic machine-printed invoice must clearly state the amount of the purchase, the name of the store, the store address, the transaction date, and the invoice number
3. Only original machine-printed receipt issued by merchants in the Arcade and the Annex of Cyberport is accepted for redemption. Damaged, handwritten, photocopies, re-printed, Octopus added value and ATM bill payment receipt will not be accepted.
4. The total net spending amount is calculated after deduction of any credit cards, EPS, UnionPay or membership cards credits and incentives.
5. Spending in banking services and currency exchange, purchases of any cash/gift vouchers, cash/gift cards, value-adding receipts from any merchants and receipts issued by event organizers, vendors or exhibitors, any receipts issued from designated pop-up store or booth on a short-term basis will not be accepted.
6. Each or every group of valid electronic machine-printed invoices can only participate in one of the promotion activities in the venue. (except for parking offers)
7. If holding more than one valid business electronic machine invoice, you must re-queue the waiting list to show fairness
8. All premiums cannot be exchanged, returned, or reimbursed with cash.
9. Any loss or damage suffered after the premiums are collected by the customer will not be replaced or reimbursed.
10. Redemption on a first-come-first-served basis, while quotas last.
11. Customers must agree to the redemption method and rules, otherwise, they will abstain from voting
12. Events are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice
13. Arcade@Cyberport reserves the right to make the final decision to amend the relevant rules. In case of any dispute, Arcade@Cyberport will reserve the final decision.
